SCOPE
These general terms of sale apply to any use of and all orders placed on the website http://www.belle-rennaise.com and related addresses. By placing an order, you confirm your agreement to these terms of sale, which supersede all previous versions or any specifications made by you, including in e-mail correspondence.
ORDERS
Product Offering
The Product offering presented on the Website is valid subject to availability in our warehouses and from our suppliers, exclusively for shipments to the United Kingdom ( see the French version for shipments to métropolitan France). The Products are displayed in accordance with legal regulations and are as accurate as possible.
However, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on the Website or in the catalogues matches the product colour, as the display of the colour depends, in part, upon the browser and monitor you are using. Belle-rennaise.com cannot be held liable for inaccuracies of the photographs on the Website.
Moreover, there may be differences between the Products shipped and those shown on the Website or in the catalogue, primarily for handcrafted Products, each of which is unique, and Products for which technical or technological modifications have been made. Orders cannot be cancelled and shipments cannot be refused due to such differences, provided that they do not affect the essential features or quality of the Products.
Order Acceptance
By confirming your order, you are making a firm order. The order becomes firm for belle-rennaise.com when the credit card payment the Paypal payment or the bank transfert is validated.
PRICE / PAYMENT
Product Prices
The Product prices are indicated in euros, including all sales taxes and French VAT. Our contractual sale prices are in Euro (€) and all payments of our products must be made in Euro (€)
Shipping Charges
Deliveries to the United Kingdom:
FURNITURE DELIVERY by carrier :
Belle-rennaise offers free shipping ( standard conditions only - see chipping methods) to your furniture for orders 990 € incl. VAT or over in the United Kingdom.
If you choose the inside home delivery option, an extra charge is applied ( the amount of the extra charge will be displayed during the checkout process ).
For furniture orders 989 incl. VAT or under the delivery charge depends of the product and will be displayed during the checkout. For each product the delivery charge can be find on the product's details page.
DELIVERY OF HOME DECORATING ITEMS :
Belle-rennaise offers free shipping to your home decorating items (nautical ornaments and gifts) for orders 150 € incl. VAT or over in the United Kingdom.
Your small decoration items will be delivered by parcel. Shipping costs are €15,70 including VAT per order.
If your the total weight of your order is equal or over than 30 Kilos, your order will be delivered by carrier and the carrier's cost will be applied.
Payment
Payment shall be made in euros. The full price must be paid at the time of order, by credit card or paypal
Credit card payments are secured by the french bank CIC and their secure Paiement system (Paiement@cic), in compliance with French and international interbank regulations. This insures that your online purchases are secure. Your credit card information is not kept by PARCA, and is transmitted directly to the CIC Bank.

Shipping Methods
furnishing delivery
There are 2 different furnishing devlivery systems :
- Standard conditions :
The funiture is delivered at the entrance (front door) of the house or the apartment building.
- Inside Home delivery option
The furniture is delivered inside the home or the appartment.
The cost of each option will be displayed during the checkout process. At this time, the customer will be able to chose the option desired
Products are delivered by the carrier of PARCA to the delivery address provided by you.
PARCA will ship to UK only ( for shipping to metropolitan France see the french version ).
In case of the shipping with the inside home delivery option, you must mention any possible access problems (stairs, elevator, doors) on the purchase order, and notify the shipper as well. Before placing your order, you must check the dimensions of the Products to make sure they can be delivered via normal access to the destination.
If PARCA shippers cannot deliver the products on the arranged date because you are not at home or if they were not informed of special delivery requirements, you may have to pay additional delivery charges and/or your order may be cancelled.
Product risks are transferred to you at the time of delivery or attempted delivery by PARCA carrier on the arranged date.
If some of the Products you order become available before the others, your Products will be shipped once they all become available.
Acceptance and Claims
Before signing for the shipment, you must check for damaged or missing items, defects and other non-compliances. This includes checking the condition of the packaging, the number of packages, and the quantities, references, condition and features of the Products.
If you wish to file a claim, you must contact the PARCA carrier.
For the claim to be valid, you must:
* Indicate the specific problems involving damaged or missing items on the delivery slip. General reservations such as "subject to unpacking" are insufficient.
* Send your claims in writing by registered letter with return receipt to the PARCA Customer Service Department, 74 rue d'Audierne, 29710 Plozevet France.
* Send your claims in writing by registered letter with return receipt to the shipper within 3 days following delivery, not including holidays.
You must send a copy of the claim to PARCA within the same timeframe.
You must be able to provide proof that the claims are true and allow PARCA, its shippers, or any other persons authorized by them to inspect the items. You must not intervene or allow third parties to intervene.
If your claim is accepted, the defective Product will be exchanged, or refunded if the Product is not available in stock or from our suppliers. The Product being returned must be handed over to PARCA shippers in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all of its accessories. No returns will be accepted without the prior agreement of PARCA.
WARRANTY LIABILITY
One-Year Limited Warranty
The Products are warranted to be free from defects in design and materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, PARCA will exchange or refund the Products found by us to be defective. Products exchanged shall be covered for the remainder of the warranty period. This warranty does not cover:
Any damage to the Product resulting from normal wear and tear, given the nature, function, composition and price ;
Slight differences in the Products as defined above ;
Products exposed to heavy duty use, specifically involving other than private use ;
Any damage to the Product resulting from improper installation, storage, or assembly (non-compliance with assembly instructions), improper maintenance, misuse or use not in compliance with the technical or use specifications (non-compliance with maintenance and care instructions), modifications or repairs made by you or a third party, damage caused by other objects (heavy television placed on a unit not designed for this purpose), outside events such as accidents, shocks, fire, vandalism, water damage, natural or artificial light (discoloration) natural catastrophes or bad weather.
Invoking the One-Year Warranty

You must have the original invoice in order to benefit from the warranty.
Legal Warranties
The Products are warranted against any non-compliances and latent defects under the French Consumer Code and the French Civil Code.
Liability of PARCA
PARCA's liability is limited to the purchase price of the defective or non-compliant Products, including as regards applicable contractual or legal warranties. PARCA shall under no circumstances be held liable for any indirect damage or financial loss suffered by you or a third party.
COOLING OFF PERIOD
Pursuant to article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, as an individual you have a cooling off period of 7 clear days from the date of delivery to cancel any part of your order and return the Product at your expense. This option does not apply to Products manufactured according to your specifications, personalised Products, or Products that cannot be shipped back or are likely to suffer damage.

You must return the Product no later than 7 business days following the expiration of the 7-day cooling off period to PARCA's warehouses at the same address.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the Product, upon receipt of the Product returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all of its accessories.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the PARCA website (belle-rennaise.com)including, without limitation, logos, registered trademarks, text, photographs, images, drawings, models or charts, is protected by international copyright laws. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, republished, posted, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written permission of the copyright holder. Doing so is punishable under the French Intellectual Property Code and/or may subject you to civil liability and criminal prosecution.
Data Protection and Privacy Act
To record and process your order and/or respond to requests for information, PARCA gathers personal data.

FORCE MAJEURE
Neither Party can be held liable for the non-performance of any of its obligations, if such non-performance is
due to an unforeseeable event beyond its control or a force majeure incident including but not limited to flood, fire, storm, raw materials shortage, transportation strike, partial or total strike, or lock-out. The Party affected by such events must inform the other party promptly, no later than five (5) business days after said event occurs.The parties agree that they will work together to determine how best to fill the order while the force majeure incident persists.If the force majeure incident lasts for more than one (1) month, PARCA may opt not to fill the order, and must refund you the purchase price of the order in question.
Modification of the General Terms of Sale:
PARCA reserves the right modify these general terms of sale. New versions will be indicated on the Website.
The online version on the Website at the time you place your order will supersede any other prior version.
